Dr. Scott freedman

Sports Physical Therapist, PT, Ph.D.

Dr. Freedman is a sports physical therapist and performance specialist with an extensive background in orthopedic and sports science. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Florida, where he competed in Cross Country and Track and achieved All-American honors. Building on his passion for human performance, he went on to complete a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Southeastern University and later earned a PhD in Orthopedic and Sports Science, deepening his expertise in evidence-based rehabilitation and athletic performance optimization.

Throughout his career, Dr. Freedman has worked with collegiate, professional, and Olympic-level athletes, specializing in return-to-sport rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and injury prevention. His experience includes serving as a physical therapist for USA Track & Field, USA Gymnastics, and USA Ski & Snowboard teams, where he has contributed to the development of elite athletes across multiple disciplines.

Driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation in sports medicine, Dr. Freedman integrates his diverse background in nutrition, biomechanics, and physical therapy to help athletes maximize recovery, resilience, and performance potential.

Kiani reis

Athletic Trainer, ATC 

Kiani Reis is a Certified Athletic Trainer specializing in recovery enhancements throughout all phases of athletic activity. With over ten years of experience in Sports Medicine, Kiani has contributed to various athletic programs, including NCAA Division I institutions, community colleges, and local secondary schools. Her role has involved directing and implementing comprehensive medical safety protocols across athletic departments. As a vital member of the healthcare team, she develops personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient care and education. Kiani's expertise in advanced recovery tools ensures that athletes receive exceptional care that fosters both recovery and peak performance.

Emma collins 

Athletic Trainer, ATC 

Emma has been comprehensively certified in Pilates since 2005, bringing extensive experience to her work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including rehabilitative and sports injury settings. Her certifications include Redcord Active, Redcord Corrective, Core Align, TRX, Trigger Point Foam Rolling, and Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates.

As a Master Trainer, Emma leads Pilates Teacher Trainings and holds certification from the National Pilates Certification Program. Her journey into Pilates began after she successfully alleviated severe back pain resulting from a sports-related injury—an experience that inspired her to share the transformative benefits of Pilates with others.

An advocate for active living, Emma enjoys biking, swimming, and horseback riding, with Pilates serving as the foundation for her physical well-being and longevity.
